every experience i have had with ledford's has been positive. fantastic techs, as personable as they are knowledgeable. very thorough as well. the folks who answer the phones are also really nice and make scheduling a breeze. i would recommend them!
I want to especially shout out our technician Ryan, he is above and beyond in all areas. We have a son on the spectrum and Ryan has visited a couple times and he makes sure he’s accommodating and inclusive towards our son’s needs. For example he knows to knock lightly, and he is very mindful of the products he uses and their placement. This exceptional customer service is exactly how businesses build a pristine reputation and retain clientele. It means the world to us to have this interaction and we are deeply grateful. If all that wasn’t enough Ryan is also super knowledgeable and his insight has put my mind at ease that we are in good hands.
We've had quarterly pest service with them since Sept 2022 & I have zero complaints. The scheduler is always friendly & tries to be accommodating, they send auto reminder texts, and the professional who comes out to do the treatment is just that - professional. They show when they're supposed to and they're always friendly & respectful. Their rates are reasonable for the area as well.Services: General pest inspection
