Absolutely the best in every way! We love Cindy and Kyah. Cindy does a beautiful job grooming our dog Mikey. Both Ladies are kind and know exactly how to calm Mikey. He loves them too!

You will not find more truly loving and caring people to take care of your pet for boarding and grooming than Lads and Lassies. They are down to earth, having great customer service for both people and animals. I'd recommend them for both boarding and grooming with no hesitation. (Special note: We just lost our 15-yr-old lab mix Daisy. Thank you for all the love and care you showed her while she was here!)

This place is great. Exceptional, consistent, friendly customer service. My dog (has tendency towards hypervigilance) He was smiling away and happy as can be when I collected him from a recent overnight stay. Obviously, he had a good time. I've also taken him for a nail trim which he dislikes- the lady talked him through it so nicely the whole time. I really liked listening to her, she had a lovely voice and clever things to say. This place is very conveniently located for me- so it's a win win all around. This is an established business for a reason. It's a pleasure for us to receive their services.
