Acey was the tech on my job. He handled a warranty item very quickly and was very responsive. Even though this was just an equipment issue, Kaminer completed the repair within 2 days and never tried to force a payment out me. Acey was very friendly and responsive throughout the process. Good folks.

Phenomenal service provided by (Acey) first time as my technician “Hands Down”. He was very knowledgeable most of all thorough and patient. You could tell he enjoyed what he does. Definitely a Kaminer keeper. Recommend this company.

Service Technician: Acey provided an excellant, professional service. He explained the Hard-Start run capacitor that was installed by the previous Technician was incorrect, and installed the 45+5 that my system requires. He took the time to show me the specs from the Goodman service website. My system no longer makes an unusual sound when it turns on. Acey is my choice for service calls!
