Best massage experience I’ve ever had. I get massages quite frequently due to lower lumbar pain and by far, my pain level has never improved so quickly. I believe I’m headed in the right direction thanks to THOS.
I had an absolutely amazing massage experience at The Heart of Sangoma.From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was beautifully calming, clean, and welcoming. JaMel was professional, attentive, and clearly skilled. She took time to hear my concerns, understand my needs and focused perfectly on the areas where I held the most tension. Tension I didn’t even realize I was carrying completely melted away. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and renewed. This was exactly what I needed mentally, emotionally and physically. This was my first session and I can’t wait to book my next session. I highly recommend The Heart of Sangoma to anyone looking for a top-tier massage!
I went to JaMel for the first time a couple weeks ago. She was absolutely wonderful! I was in the area to visit my sister who lives nearby. I have been needing a massage for awhile and have been putting it off. I work at an Amazon warehouse and am constantly doing strenuous activity and I lift weights. My back pain had gotten so bad that even trying to clean and do daily things around the house was hard. After visiting Jamel, one hour later I felt like a whole new person.
