I decided to take a leap and get K-Tip extentions with Novetta at the Iconic Hair Studio and I am so glad that I did! The experience was wonderful and my hair looks amazing. I've been getting compliments from EVERYONE even perfect strangers. I'm in love with the results. Novetta also does an INCREDIBLE scalp spa which has really help reduced the dryness and itchiness issues I've been struggling with and is one of the most relaxing and pampering experiences I have ever had. My experience was a good experience even though my wait was a little longer than usual, she made up for the wait, by giving me a complimentary item and price reduction. She is very knowledgeable of her craft the hair and scalp analysis was on point . I am very glad I was made aware of you services.
