Called late in the day, said they'd be there in a couple hours and showed up about 45 minutes later. Assessed the issue, repaired the issue all within a couple hours. Adrian was super nice and knowledgeable. Great experience and would be happy to recommend them! Found their fees reasonable.
The owner of this company is a rare find. I lost my A/C on Saturday evening and suffered through a hellish night with my inside temperature climbing to near 90 degrees. My sister is elderly and I am no spring chicken being treated very serious medical conditions. Of all the companies in the Midlands that supposedly provide 24/7 service, he is the only one who doesn't send your call to an answering service overseas. He came out in less than 1 hour on a Sunday morning, went straight to his work, told me my 17 year old needs replacing but not having that type of $$ he got it going in less than 25 minutes. I hope it last until we can do better, but he deserves recognition...read full review
A man of his word and a life saver in a 100 degree summer. Showed up exactly when he said he would, made the repair, was on his way and came back a couple of days later to check on the work.
