I went to a birthday party for my 5 year old granddaughter. Because of the threat of rain there were not a lot of people. Lines for go carting,, rollercoaster and golfing were not crowded. Lines were quick and the food was good. As a old lady even I played some the arcade games. Yes... I had fun!!
Went today around 12 to 4pm. I wanted to specifically recognize 2 employees for their wonderful customer service and attitudes. One specifically was the lady working the desk where you pay for golf, go carts, etc. She was extremely pleasant and her customer service was excellent. She had a wonderful cheerful attitude and very helpful. The other was the manager today. He was extremely kind and helpful when I got things mixed up there. He quickly fixed my issue. He had excellent customer service. Overall we had a great experience, staff was helpful. We saw staff members cleaning the games and areas.
Omg this place is awesome they treat us like royalty ? ? specially my daughter she is there in Fort Jackson base columbia South Carolina. Thank you to the sweet lady that was in the front for the games. She is a very beautiful woman. We love it, and I am looking forward to go back when I go back in December 2025 for my daughter other graduation for the USA ?? ARMY. THANKS TO ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE YOU ARE THE BEST YOU TREAT ALL THE ARMY SOLDIER VERY MUCH WITH RESPECT.
IF ANYONE WANTS SOMETHING GREAT TO DO AND FUN ON FAMILY DAY FROM THE FORT JACKSON BASE PLEASE GO TO THIS PLACE. AND ITS NOT EXPENSIVE AT ALL.
