Watch out for resolving. They quote based on the brand of shoes and charge more if they think it is a well know brand regardless of style or age. Otherwise they do good work most of the time. Same for pocketbooks

I needed to get some of my work heels fixed and the individuals here were nothing but kind and helpful! They got my shoes fixed in a few short days and did a fantastic job! Photo is of my fixed heel! I had broken the bottom!

I have been a customer of Five Points Shoe Repair for decades and I took a pair of my brother’s boots in to be resoled. Pricey, but looked nice. The first time he wore them the new sole came off.When I take them back and pick up my Sperrys, I will look closely. Caveat emptor.Well. I picked up my Sperry Top Siders. God. He re-soled them with the soles of a men's dress shoe - on Top Siders.Enough said. I'm done.
