I have used Dickson Brothers a handful of times and every experience is top notch. I picked up my western boots after getting them resoled and I can’t be happier with the results. Their quality and craftsmanship are worth every penny.

I thrifted my first pair of loafers for $6.50 and brought them here to be restored, and I am beyond impressed with the results. They truly gave the shoes a second life!!!

The customer service was excellent. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, and they even shared some background on the shoe company (Alden New England), explaining its reputation for high-quality, handcrafted footwear.

Although the turnaround time was slightly longer than originally estimated, they communicated clearly and kept me informed throughout the process.

I brought in a pair of well loved boots to Dickson Brothers that I was almost ready to throw away. The soles were worn down and the leather had seen better days. When I picked them up, they looked brand new. Amazing work! Wonderful customer service and quality!
