I decided to have a self care day for myself and in searching I found Exhale Massage & Wellness Studio. Montana kept communication with me as far as timing, which was appreciated. Location was a little hard to get into as traffic was busy but that is to be expected especially on a Saturday afternoon. I arrived to the location and was greeted by Montana and another masseuse. I was offered a complimentary drink upon arrival as I waited for other clients to finish their massage. Upon entering, the vibes inside was warm, welcoming, and instantly felt relaxed walking in. I waited for Montana to set up and I was invited back into the room. I was asked were there any focus points I would like for her to focus on and I mentioned about my migraines. She gave me some feedback and soon after the massage started. Being this is my first massage ever in life, Montana ensured I was comfortable and checked on me to make sure I was okay or needed more or less pressure. I was expecting just a back massage but it turned into a full body and it was AMAZINGGG!!! For my migraines, Montana asked if I wanted to do face and temples and ironically I came in with a small headache and by the end it was gone. After my massage, she informed me of the stiffness I would feel and I definitely feel it today. Overall the massage was great. Very professional, informative, prices are reasonable, and the environment is very clean. I already booked another massage and I am very excited to go back in a couple of weeks. I highly recommend Exhale Massage and Wellness Studio if you live around the Irmo/Columbia area!!
