I met Dr. Park when I had to have a corneal ulcer treated on an emergency basis. That was about 15 years ago. Since then, she had treated me and my children with exceptional care. I love this practice.

The worst experience I ever had with an eye doctor. Got my vision checked and glasses ordered on 12/1 and paid what I was owed. Glasses didn't come in until over a month later and the day after I pick up my glasses I get a bill in the mail saying I owe them more money. Just terrible customer service and would definitely not recommend to anyone.

Dr.Park and her office staff ROCK! My husband and I walked in the office and were greeted by the nicest receptionist. Almost immediately we were taken back to the exam area by a very nice young man who began gathering information from us. I was impressed with his professionalism. Dr. Park then entered our room and I felt as if I’d known her forever. She is not only extremely knowledgeable in her field but made us feel very welcomed to her practice. We love her! She talked to me about my condition and treated it immediately. We had the BEST experience ever. If you need the expertise of a knowledgeable eye professional then make an appointment with Dr. Park. You, too can experience this wonderful doctor and her staff. They are so friendly and compassionate. Their glasses frames are reasonable and look great, too.

Dr. Parks is simply unmatched, it’s uncanny. I have bust into her office in a panic because of an emergency and she managed to calm me and cure me. I showed up unannounced late today with a bleed and she took me in and tomorrow I will have my tear repaired. She requested her usual hug and sent me on my way! She is as my kids say HER! Dorothy, you are simply built differently and your staff is top-tier and I do love my Marissa! In fact, I love them all! It reads Vanessa, my middle name but this is Sherri J. Keep shining and keep your girl seeing!

What I appreciate about Dr. Parks is she educates me during my exam. As she is looking in my eyes she is explaining what she is looking for and gives immediate feedback on the health of my eyes not just my vision. When you visit her office they are typically right on time, however the times I did wait was because she was spending an extra few minutes needed to educate and comfort her patients that are having eye issues, or the times she squeezes emergencies into her busy schedule. She cares not only about you and your vision but the health of you and your eyes. Call Dr. Parks today for a thoughtful caring experience, as everyone from the first phone call, to the greeter, to the check out and everyone in between are full of love and care for you.
