Very friendly staff with unbelievable craftsmanship! I was going to throw away a set of 10 year old boots before I found this shop. THANKFULLY I DID NOT! Dickson Brothers took my boots that I started only wearing for yard work because they looked so bad and made them my most prized pair of boots OVER boots I have that cost 2 and 3 times as much! Trust the recommendations, everything they told me about what I would be getting back was a 1000% true! If I had to give a negative I would say communication could have been a little better but I don't know if that's true when you walk in the door and literally every employee is working on a shoe or boot. Very friendly staff- family owned and run. I had a lot of repair work done on some leather shoes and boots and I’m quite happy with the workmanship. I’ve patronized a few different shoe repair businesses with regularity and this one is my favorite so far.

It is a great shop and I was very satisfied with the way my shoes were repaired. I recieved a pair of shoes that had major flaws from the factory, I got them fixed and now they look brand new. I will be returning again for my future shoe repair needs.
