Scheduled an appointment for 230 today Took half the day off from work to meet plumber. 310 on the clock no call no plumber. Call the office they have no idea where he is and now want to reschdule after missing half a day of work only so now another half day lost because no courtesy call! Im sure the owner if he cares because his staff sure dont will want to know how a new to town homeowner looking for services was treated by his staff! When i find good people im loyal to them and will only call them when needed for future work! If was the owner of this company id be wanting to know how many other times this has happened because i guarentee you unless i posted this he would never know my experience and waste of my time and income due to very poor customer service! If i could give a negative 5 stars i would!!

This was my first time using Cook Plumbing. They gave a time window of 11 - 2 but Greg and Gabe showed up right at 11:00. They did an excellent job of removing my old kitchen faucet which was a struggle to get out because of some rust. They installed my new kitchen faucet and added some sealant around my kitchen sink to secure it as well.They cleaned up after they were finished and answered all of the questions I had and didn't mind me watching so I could learn more about the process. Both of them were very friendly and did great work. I'll definitely be using Cook Plumbing again.Service: Faucet installation

Was excited after reading reviews but called today and was told they were 3 weeks out. I said I didn't mind waiting and then was told they are not taking new customers. I suppose it is a good problem for a business to have but a bad problem for potential customers.(Can't really review them because I was not able to use them, but had to put something).

Very professional! The service they provided for me (major pipe replacement) was done with knowledge and skill! So pleased that I found Cook Plumbing to do this work.
