Disappointed. I brought in a vintage little girls dress with some yellowing on the collar and was told they may or may not be able to get it out. Upon picking up, the yellowing is gone but there’s a new red stain and brown stain on the collar.

The Garners Ferry Road location was an answer to my prayers. I found out at the last minute I needed to have my sisters suit dry cleaned that she is to be buried in as rush. As far as I'm concerned, this location is the best. They went beyond my expecting by taking on my request, and completing the job. The suit was ready for pick up 10:30 A.M. the next day. Thank you Columbia's Cleaners for your professionalism and fulfilling my request. A pleased customer!

I always get great service here and they do an excellent job with my clothes. I only drop off 4-5 items per month and the staff still seems to know who I am when I walk through the door. They're already pulling my order when I get to the cash register and the staff is friendly.
I have a great experience at this place. Become a regular customer and they will treat you like family!
