Dr. Weiss was extremely considerate throughout the process of getting my glasses prescription right. I was very grateful for his willingness to listen and work through the challenges I encountered. I appreciated the patience and was very satisfied with the final set!

I was seen by Dr Huey in a very timely manner. His assistant was very efficient and he was very professional while he was giving me the exam. I was very pleased with all of the personnel that I came in contact with while I was in the clinic.

I had a great first experience, but I must say that I was very disappointed towards the end when I was instructed to go to the eye glass section to retrieve my prescription. I gave my name and the gentleman gave me my prescription without any instructions or guidance. I kindly asked "what's next?", he responded "what do you mean?" I asked a couple more questions and then just said "thanks". This was my first eye care appointment, thus ignorant to how to proceed to get my glasses.
