I am appalled that JaKeria Cunningham posted a negative review. She was assigned to provide caregiving services to my mother who has dementia. In contradiction of my mother's careplan, Jakeria (i) put my mother to bed 1.5 hours prior to her scheduled bed time (which is important mom is engaged and not in bed too early so she remains sound asleep and safely in bed throughout the night) and (ii) abandoned her shift 30 plus minutes ahead of schedule without communicating with me or the agency. I would totally recommend Charrm all the way around. Whether you are looking for services or Employment. I can honestly say working for Charrm I have learned so much and i feel supported more than I ever have before. I love the fact that the Administrator genuinely cares for your growth, both professionally and personally. I have been here about three years now, and I have not only seen the company grow over the years but i have moved up and grown with the company. Charrm Home Care is the best.The name speaks for itself. Mary who is the owner is one of a kind. She is intelligent, respectful, and a great listener. I will definitely keep Charrm Home Care in mind for my needs.
