Chao was very professional, on time, reasonable and I highly recommend them. My home was completely damaged by spray foam under LVT on a crawl space; he was excellent and I was reimbursed for tearing my entire floors out of my home and replacing subfloor, beams, etc. It was a nightmare but Chao made it possible for me to prove my case. Highly recommend.
