The second year in a row with the service technician, Omar, has been a completely positive one. Omar arrived on time, spent plenty of time and provided professional service and attention to our A/C unit. We feel he goes above what some previous techs have provided us. Thank you, Omar.

Very satisfied with the Carolina Comfort team. Starting with Claire who took our call, answered questions and forwarded us to the Parts Manager regarding additional questions we had for our thermostat. The Parts Manager, Jason?, answered several questions we had and got back in touch with us regarding pricing and availability. The Senior Tech. Yassine and Tech. Nick arrived as scheduled with a replacement part, if needed. They checked our thermostat and confirmed it was bad. They replaced it, tested it to function properly, Additionally, Yassine programmed our phones for the WiFi connection. Yassine always does an amazing job when he comes out to do the regular scheduled maitenance on my unit. He's always upfront with me about what is going on with my unit if there are any issues. Today he had another young man with him training and I hope he knows he is being trained by the best. Thank you Yassine and Nick!
