I used to frequent this location often and left after an unpleasant experience with one of the estheticians doing my Brazilian. I moved to waxing the city and enjoy my experience there as everything is top notch, however I’m not a fan of their choice of wax. I scheduled an appointment with this location (went today) and I had diamond. I’ve had her many times before but never considered leaving a review … diamond is amazing! She’s quick but thorough and extremely personable. We talked and laughed the entire time. This was refreshing, as something as intimate as a Brazilian wax could become extremely uncomfortable with the wrong technician.

Clean, professional, my original waxer had an emergency and they quickly booked me with another waxer who was fast, fun, and skilled. I had Advil on board and only had small discomfort but it quickly fades. Will definitely be a regular!
