Andrea Reynolds falsely accused me of scaring away her clients in her attempt to sell the house next door to me. The only reason she had my cell phone number is because I called to let her know that her that her clients were parking on the shared driveway between our houses. It seems that she was also falsely claiming that most of the driveway was on their property (it is not), if she was even telling prospective buyers at all (everyone I talked to said they did not know). I was approached by multiple clients as I was walking my dog, taking out the trash, etc. and said nothing but great things about the neighborhood, even off offering to grab the neighborhood news letter for one group! Where was Andrea during all of this? When I called to discuss her text, she also complained about another neighbor walking in on a showing. Overall very unprofessional and off-putting.
UPDATE: Andrea retaliated to my review by lying to my neighbors, telling them that that I cost the seller $75000. She also gave my personal cell phone number to a colleague. Overall, unacceptable behavior.

In 2023 we worked with Caroline Donaldson when we sold the condo in Columbia that our daughter lived in during her time at USC. Living out of state we were worried about how we were going to manage all of the moving parts of the process. Caroline went above and beyond at each and every turn to ensure that what needed to get done was getting done and that even from 1000 miles away our best interests were being represented.
Caroline took the time at the beginning of the process to understand what we were looking to get from the selling experience. She asked thoughtful questions and wasn't afraid to challenge us on certain assumptions. All which helped make the preparation, showing and offer experience as streamlined as possible.
Her knowledge of the local real estate markets helped us make informed decisions about when to list, who to use in the preparation process and pricing expectations. When we were fortunate enough to have multiple offers Caroline's experience was once again on display as she helped us navigate the various components of each offer. She was also on top of everything that was needed to ensure a smooth closing and property transfer experience.
