Dr Holland and her support staff are wonderful. They are knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and show great empathy for our animals. The front staff are also very helpful and help to keep us on schedule. We are grateful to have them as our Veterinary Team.

The front desk staff (Caitlin, Nicole, Maryann (?)) are phenomenal. I’ve really appreciated having Dr. Elizabeth Slade as my dog’s veterinarian the last few years. She’s compassionate, caring and willing to explain the options available to us.

I cannot thank Ambassador Animal Hospital and Dr. Holland enough for the love and care they gave my sweet Zoey.
They took care of Zoey since we moved to Columbia 5 years ago. At 16 she developed big cancer tumors which caused major issues. Dr. Holland and the staff were always so kind, caring, and trustworthy. For the past two years, when Zoey needed to be seen when her tumors got infected or other concerns, they would fit us in the same day if critical and do everything they could to help her.
The entire staff was always sweet and compassionate, treating Zoey as if she were their own. In her final days, their gentleness and dedication meant the world to me. Losing Zoey has been heartbreaking, but I will forever be grateful for the way they cared for her and supported us through it all.
Thank you, Dr. Holland and the entire team, for taking such good care of my baby girl. You truly made a difference in her life and mine.

We had such a great first visit at Ambassador Animal Hospital! The staff was super friendly, the place was clean and organized, and Dr. Holland was amazing—so knowledgeable and really took her time with us. We never felt rushed and it’s clear they truly care about our pups best interest. We left our old vet because of poor communication, but after this visit we can already tell that won’t be an issue here. Plus, their office cat hanging out in the front is just the cutest touch! They even have a cute custom sign posted on the front desk welcoming all of the pets for the day!
