We have used Air Necessities from the time owner, William, started his own business. They have installed 2-3 units…we have 2 units total.They have done all repairs and maintenance during this time…we have always been pleased with pricing and quality of their work.Services: Heating system maintenance
Upstanding workers here. We have the two per year maintenance agreement with them and the AC wasn’t working, they were there the very next day to fix it. Always cleaned up after themselves.
William, upon returning from our trip, we were gratified to see that our new A/C system has run flawlessly after all of the issues that we faced. Having one element present false information did complicate the problem, but I wanted to thank you for seeing the problem through to closure and to tell you that our house temp(set at 74) has remained constant at 74, in spite of 90-100 degree weather. Your personal commitment and involvement was appreciated, and Drew was very courteous, professional, friendly and diligent in working to the final solution. I am very gratified that my loyalty to AirNecessities proved justified. Thank you.
