Called them in the morning after my home warranty repair company canceled without notice. They accepted the call and came out asap the same day. Thank you so much for assisting me and making my home cool again.
My technician was very nice. He informed me of what was wrong, and showed me pictures of what he replaced. He also can within the time frame set. I wasn't aware of the services this company provided. I will surely use this company again. My experience was great. I got a breath of second wind after my unit was fixed. Thank you 2nd wind.
Their service tech came out within the hour after my call and did a very thorough inspection and recharge of my system, followed with knowledgeable and friendly recommendations for the future. I was not able to finance a new system at this time with their financing options, but would readily recommend them for service.
