All the ladies in the salon do a great job and are all so nice, making it a fun time. It is a clean and welcoming place where stylists actually listen to what you want. Everyone is very nice and friendly. I do wish they would greet people when they come in and make sure your name is on the books and such. We waited over 30 minutes for the appt and nobody ever said a word to us or asked who I am waiting on. No hello. No nothing. It wasn't my appt. It was a friends appt.
Charity was amazing! I came in as a new client to her and had had a really bad experience in the past, where my hair was completely damaged by another cosmetologist at a different salon.She listened to me when I first sit down in her chair and understood my concern about making sure my hair was staying healthy. She did the most amazing color on my hair! I am so pleased and I would recommend her to anyone!
I have been going to Xscape Salon for many years, and I have NEVER had a bad experience. I absolutely love how Charity actually listens to what you want and is able to do just that every time.
