Great service, Carlos came to my house and fixed my fridge, I think it was the compressor he said, he also took a look at my dishwasher and cleaned it, overall very nice and friendly

My LG refrigerator stopped working. First thing I did was some research.
I was horrified to find out that I bought a dud. We paid a lot of money for that thing and it's less than 5 years old!!
I soon saw that there is a class action lawsuit against LG for the compressor.
So I called LG.
LG had a hard time finding someone that's certified that wanted to come fix it. They said that if it wasn't fixed within a certain time frame (16 days), they would have to refund me the amount I paid for it because it's still under warranty. (You gotta have the original receipt for the refund. Don't throw away appliance receipts!!)

After contacting LG for a warranty claim, Cemi Appliance Repair was assigned. Carlos called to let me know he was coming and arrived on time! He had the part needed for my refrigerator on hand and got it fixed in a timely manner. He was very kind and professional. I will definitely call him for any future appliance needs!
