I wish I could give them 10 stars... I would . I can't thank you enough for being so kind and patient with me during my fluffys time of need. You walked me through everything and kept me up to date with everything. You allowed me to visit,no matter what time of day it was I popped in to see him. It is so sad to see someone come in there and have to make a decision to euthanize due to inability to pay. Ur willingness to assist in the insurance claim process and just ur over all willingness to take the best care of him . We are nearly 3 months post surgery and he couldn't be happier. Just seeing him everyday makes my day a blessing . So thank you for loving my baby and caring for him .. thanks for even coming through when in a rush to leave on a trip I forgot his meds and had to call u at 3 am panicking .. I love what you do and I am forever grateful for you for saving my baby. Fluffy and I say thank you from the bottom of our hearts ???!

Absolutely amazing experience! My fur baby hurt her eye and they got her seen right away! We were in and out decently fast (within less than 2 hours), as it was the middle of the night. They worked with us on budget and helped myself out with my worry and anxieties going into a veterinarian setting. Also a very kind staff. I appreciate them a lot and everything they do for these animals.

CVRC is such a blessing! The staff is amazing, so skilled, so compassionate, and I am grateful to have found this center. Not only did they save my dog, but found the right mix of medication to keep up a high quality of life for many years to come.

As always my appointment was great. I have been bringing my animals to CVRC since 2012. Dr. Rissetto has treated all of my pets with cancer. Her and her technicians take their time which is greatly appreciated. Will never go anywhere else!

CVRC has been providing excellent specialty and emergency care for our fur babies for over 10 years. We are blessed to have this 24/7 emergency facility nearby.

I went 2 CVRC as an emergency on 10/19/24, with my older chihuahua, refer from BFVH. It was a first visit for us and I was anxious for my dog's condition.
>1st impression: facility was clean, welcoming and spacious..receptionists were pleasant and informative (Terrie was calming and patient with my confusion)
> being an emergency visit, after ✔️ in process, waited only 15 mins for tech 2 come out 2 take bkgrd info on injury and take my dog back 4 initial triage...tech explained about wait time and # of pets n the que ahead of us...
> as I waited, numerous folks came in and several were serious cases and staff at reception and techs that came 2 assist animals with gurneys, all exhibited caring/professional people skills 4 families and soothing calmness 4 the animals.
> Yes it was a substantial waiting time as my dog was there 9 hrs...but tech staff did offer me the option 2 either stay or let doctor call me at home with results as it would be more time before tx was complete...I opted 2 go home.
> I got call from the doctor who was very informative explaining my dog's issues and how I should handle his d/c behavior...
Totally, for a 1st visit/tx, I was impressed/grateful with my interactions at CVRC.
[Only suggestion I have is that the waiting room was 'cold' as you're sitting there, and at one point a male receptionist offered blankets 2 some families waiting...and that was so thoughtful for us...]

I give it a 5 out of 5 rating....
