Although unforeseen circumstances like hurricane Idalia may cause minor issues, the staff responds quickly to ensure a great visit. Several reviews highlight the breakfast as exceptional. I recently had the great pleasure of staying at Wentworth Mansion with my daughter on a girls’ trip, and it was absolutely wonderful. The rooms are beautiful, though if you prefer a softer mattress, be advised the beds lean on the firmer side. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire staff — once you stay here, you’ll understand exactly what I mean! The morning pastries and full breakfast, along with afternoon wine and hors d’oeuvres, were simply the cherry on top. If you’re looking for a truly special getaway, look no further.
This is our go-to when visiting Charleston, and it remains a special experience. The rooms and public spaces are stunning (and spotless), and the amenities are generous and top quality. But it's the delightful staff who really make this place so memorable....they are welcoming, kind, and helpful in a very genuine way that really elevates the already great experience.
The service provided at Wentworth Mansion was top notch & unparalleled. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a phenomenal experience. This was the best overall experience of any hotel I’ve stayed at previously.
