Knowledgeable and friendly staff, efficient process, quality frames, and many styles to choose from and only a week later I’ve already received my two pairs of glasses delivered to my door! It was the best experience I’ve had getting glasses!

Customer service all the way. From choosing frames and assisting in sizing, to getting the prescription produced and dialed in. Everyone has been so professional and personable. I ask a lot of questions because I want to understand the process and the ins and outs of prescription lenses, and they are all too patient and open to answering my questions and addressing concerns… and their frames and pretty cool too!

Jenny and the team did a fabulous job getting me in and out quickly and helping me select frames. I really appreciate the extra care to help me submit for a reimbursement from my vision insurance company. I traveled from Orangeburg to come to the store and I'll gladly do it again. Great customer service ?? ?? ??
