This place is awesome, I had an emergency with my tortoise and this office was so helpful they got us in the same day. The doctor was amazing and all the office staff were so polite even the next day when I called a million times lol. No one ever was short they are very attentive and understanding. They make you and your pet feel very welcome. I wish this office was closer because they would be my all the time vet! But will definitely be my go to place for anymore emergencies.
Took my dog here today for an emergency nail break, it was my first time here. They took her immediately, were transparent about cost before the procedure and explained everything to me. Most importantly they took excellent care of my girl. Would definitely recommend.
Shelby the vet tech was the best she was so sweet and helpful! Also the doctor was very helpful and knowledgeable, all staff were great I’m really happy with my experience here for the first time, so was my dog!
