Jan 2024This is the second time I used THE TREE EXPERT LLC!The Tree Expert(s) provided prompt, efficient and professional service, including a timely estimate, quick turnaround time, comparable pricing and exemplary safety measures.The crew was headed up by the foreman Sean. The entire crew was polite, courteous and communicative. In addition to the fair pricing, the safety measures employed by this company are superior. All of the crew members used hard hats and worked seamlessly, as a team. This job required multiple workers and machinery. We were apprehensive having anyone cut our huge Live Oak. We decided to look for a good Arborist, and get their feedback. We luckily got Roberto with The Tree Expert. He came out promptly, and gave us great feedback. He clearly loves the trees, and knows what to do. We hired him to clean out the death parts (which we didn’t even realize was so much), some limbs too close to the roof, and also worked on several other trees. Roberto and his team recently removed 7 pines from our yard and from beginning to end they exceeded our expectations.
