At 65, I was amazed taking my first Pilates class. It was nothing like I expected it to be. I felt like I had really accomplished some things that I didn’t think my body could do. Scott was absolutely so professional and you know right off, he is extremely knowledgeable of the body and how it works using Pilates. Although I live out of town, I will find a way to go back as often as possible. Thank you Scott!
