One of the front facing windows of my home cracked for no apparent reason. It was a low-e, hurricane rated window so I wanted to have a reputable and knowledgeable contractor replace it.
Glass Guru was very professional throughout the entire process. I was impressed with the ease of getting a quote and the electronic process of down payment and final payment. Once we finalized things, they came back out to be sure measurements were correct before placing an order.
The original window was more difficult to remove than anticipated but the crew remained professional and courteous throughout.
