I recently purchased a new dual zone system with heat pump, air handler and whole house dehumidifier and am ecstatic with the process, the company and the result. I couldn’t be more pleased. I live in a townhome and anyone who has knows the frustration of the upstairs downstairs difference in temperature issue I had purchased a zone system 14 years ago which separately heated and cooled the two floors. After trouble with the system over two years I asked my renovation contractor, (who is a saint) who to call and she said Terrace who she’s used for 20:years. Terrace really listened to what I wanted and then based on what I had, gave me a proposal with several options with a wide price range. When I asked for his recommendation, it was sincere and in the midpoint of price. Once I ok’d it, work started in days with an amazing crew of 3 technicians. Their skill was apparent just from watching them work. They took great care of my home and cleaned up each of the three days as if they were never coming back The temp in my house is so comfortable and I’m thrilled with the whole house dehumidifier. In Charleston, which is constantly high humidity, controlling humidity is key to comfort. I recommend Terrace without reserve.

Joe Wham came highly recommended by a friend. He came out and looked at the system. He told us things that were wrong and told us how we could fix them. When we had asked other companies to address the problems they only wanted to sale an AC and not fix it. He made the house much more comfortable for all of us and eliminated hot spots.
