Since having our home serviced by Terminix, we haven't seen any roaches or spiders creeping around our home. Our technician is always prompt and polite and knowledgeable when we have questions. The amount we pay per year isn't bad at all and most of it's well worth it. I like how they customize a treatment plan specifically for your home needs.

I used Terminix for years before I got married and now I have two properties serviced by them. They do an excellent job and are very flexible with my schedule when it comes to setting up maintenance visits. They are very friendly and trustworthy that they are not going to just "sell" you something but truly are interested in what's best for your home.
