I have been going to this tanning salon for years off and on just to get some color when needed. The customer service is always very pleasant & I am greeted with smiles and kindness. The staff is very knowledgeable as to what tanning beds are best for your particular needs on that day. There is a wide variety of lotions and enhancers that they sell and frequently have great deals on them. I highly recommend Palm Beach Tan on Wappoo Road in West Ashley!

If I could leave negative stars I would.. I went to the West Ashley location on Wappoo road Thursday April 11th. I waited almost an hour to get a tan because I needed one before my engagement party Saturday. I went into the booth at 8:50, took off all my jewelry and got into the booth. After tanning I grabbed what I thought was all my belongings but left my jewelry I had left on the counter. I understand this is completely my fault., but never would have thought people could be so evil and careless to steal these special belongings. My friend recently got her engagement ring stolen at this location and the manager refused to show her any camera footage. Police report was filed but obviously there's not much that can be done. She was the last one in and the first one there the next day. Disgusting, in my opinion.
