The entire experience was great from arrival to leaving. Alex was the perfect welcome. She was knowledgeable and seemed very experienced. The suite was clean. The sauna was hot and the water was icy cold. The relief I felt from sauna and ice bath was eye opening in a good way. First ice bath ever, 2 minutes, 15 minute warm up then a 3 minute ice bath. Will be back
Amazing experience at this establishment ! Well kept, private shower and suite to really just relax and enjoy. Returning customer. Customer service was kind and helpful. I really enjoyed the private shower and how the suite is set up. I’ve been to a few and you have to use a shared shower which can be awkward. My only critique is there was no bottled water on the permise . Hopefully next time there will be some in the rooms
It was fairly straightforward and the staff were super helpful for my first time there. Going into the cold water - wow! That was intense! Definitely not prepared for that, and yet it was my favorite part of the experience. I’ll be going back for sure ?
