I can only speak on my experience as a one time, first time client. Sharika was unprofessional and inconsiderate. When someone has explained to you that they're self conscious about an issue dealing with their hair and the reasons behind it. That is the time to show consideration and even compassion. And her being a female, you would hope that she'd understand. But instead, my before pics were uploaded on social media for display. Sharika never cared enough to ask my permission and when I asked nicely that she darken out my face, it wasn't perceived well by her. Instead.. I was blocked by her from making future appointments. This hair salon is located next to a corner store and I decided to walk in and check it out. As I walked in, I was greeted by a warm welcome by two hairstylists. They were friendly and accomodating. Even though I didn't use their services, I must admit that the inside was decor in a very authentic way. It was warm and cozy with a uniquely stylish waiting area. Definietly seems like an enviornment where they cater to their customers. I wish I could have tooken pictures of the inside to show off their awesome style, however the owner/manager wasn't there at the moment to approve of it.
