Smoaks has delivered outstanding service for a number of years. Most recently Al cleaned the dryer vent at my recently purchased condo. I have never seen such a mess. It was completly clogged by both dry lint and residue soaked with condensate had turned black and created a thick mud-like quality, totally blocking the vent system. Al did a great, thorough job. My dryer is working efficiently. I have the peace of mind that comes with the assurance that my dryer vent -- all 49 feet of it -- is clean. Great job!

I cannot say enough positive things about Smoak's Comfort Control. We just had our semi-annual maintenance check and Javon did the work professionally, thoroughly, and with a happy demeanor. He was training a young man who was equally professional. I highly recommend them!
