We’re a same sex couple so Dominique had the “high stakes” job of doing hair and makeup for two brides instead of just one. She did a great job, and delivered upon what both of us were looking for. We had our trials a few months before the wedding, and we both had some changes we wanted to make on the day-of. Dominique took these in stride and worked with us to make sure she understood exactly what we wanted and that we were happy with our final looks. We also had one additional hair stylist and one additional makeup artist join to handle hair and makeup for the moms and sisters. Everyone was professional, warm, organized, and helped make our wedding morning very smooth and stress-free.

We used Slate for my wedding day hair & make up. Holly and her team were amazing!! Holly is so fun and sweet. My hair & make up trial was a blast and wedding day went so well! We got ready at the salon which was nice and big to be able to have brunch and beverages. I absolutely loved all of my girls hair & makeup and loved loved loved mine! Holly (the owner) and her team were AMAZING! They did my (the bride) and my mom's hair and makeup for my rehearsal dinner and wedding. They were so sweet and so much fun to hang out with while we got ready! We absolutely recommend them for any of your wedding day/weekend needs!
Holly also came back and did a second look later in the evening, which was a fun party pony! My hair and makeup lasted all night - despite all the dancing we were doing. I cannot thank Holly and her team enough!

I relayed my nervousness to Holly and she made me feel comfortable and beautiful. Holly and our florist (moonlight iris designs) worked together to create a beautiful floral piece for my hair.
