The technicians are thorough in explaining what needs fixing, courteous, and efficient. They provide top quality, quick work with fair pricing that is better than reasonable. A Christian owned company, they live up to their name by prioritizing the customer’s best interest, even when it means making less money. One customer appreciated that a plumber named Ryan replaced a complete tub faucet with valve set, went the extra mile, and left things better than he found them. Another had a kitchen faucet installed at the appointed time and was very pleased. A defective newly installed part was quickly fixed at no additional charge. Diagnoses happen within minutes, and problems are often fixed in ten minutes. Professional, timely, and quality work keeps customers coming back and recommending the service.
I have a lot of good things to say about Servant Plumbing. The first Plumber thought the clog was a break in the cast-iron pipe under my 1957 house slab. I dug up the yard where the collapsed pipe was supposed to be and discovered a blockage at the Fernco fitting going to the new PVC pipe. I contacted the company owner, Josh, and he apologized for the initial diagnosis and immediately sent out another plumber, Marcus (A+ plus plumber and super nice), who cut the pipe at the root bound area, put in a new pipe and clean out at no additional charge from the first charge. I have used Servant Plumbing for years. They are reliable, easy to schedule with, consistently show up, thorough in explaining what needs fixing and fair pricing. Today Ryan replaced a complete tub faucet with valve set. He made sure I got what I needed and left things better than he found them. He really went the extra mile and I appreciate the quality work!
Highly recommend They showed up on time actually a little early. The work was thorough, top quality, very quick and pricing is better than reasonable. They are a Christian owned company which explains the honesty when I wanted a flush done to my water heater and he have good reasons he could have made more money but instead he had my best interest as a priority. Servant Plumbing lives up to their name.
