I recently brought a brand new dress to this dry cleaner to have it steamed and remove some wrinkles. When I picked it up, I noticed that hard creases had been pressed into the fabric by mistake. Life happens—mistakes do occur—but what truly matters is how a business handles them. I spoke with the clerk, showed her the issue, and explained how the dress was supposed to look. She was understanding and professional, and I left the dress so they could take another look. Dropped off 4 shirts and 4 pants Wednesday evening, picked up on Friday. Total cost $65, seems a little on the high side but everything was done as expected without issues. No surprises, exactly what I look for in a dry cleaner. I’ll use them again.
Does not recommend! Horrible service. I took a couch cover to them almost a month ago now. No one ever called when it came back in even though I was told they would. When I called 3 weeks after dropping it off, I was told it was in. I went to pick up and it was dirty all around the bottom and had numerous stains on the arms and other places that were not there before. I was told “how do I know you didn’t bring it in that way.” Seriously? Let’s say I did bring it in stained and dirty, wouldn’t that be the reason why…For you to clean it.
