Rudd installed a heat pump water heater (hybrid electric) in my garage. Long story short: the entire process was excellent and you should choose them too. The initial assessment was done in person and was extensive. The plan was explained in detail to me, and took into account requests of mine that required creative solutions. The cost estimate was accurate and was the same as my final price. The price was also fair. The heater worked without any hiccups, and the attention to detail is borderline neurotic in a good way. I recently switched to a Rudd service contract. I am so pleased and impressed with each service provided as in AC/Electrical/ heating /water . Most recent Nick D came for water inspections . After he answered my question re water heater I was so impressed with his knowledge and advice that i opted to get toilets fixed for frequent flushing, a new shower head in MBR and a new faucet in Kitchen. Now the Rudd's Heating and Air also has Electrical service, I contacted them to have an overhead kitchen light fixture replaced. Mr. Flores, their technician, responded quickly, checked the old light fixture, removed, and proceeded to find a replacement. The replacement was located and installed. Mr. Flores was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The response was great and so was the service. I'm very pleased with the new light and would not hesitate to recommend Rudd's Heating and Air to family or friends.
