Roper St. Francis Laboratory Draw Station

I drive PAST the James Island Roper location to come here for blood draws. Everyone is cheerful and it doesn’t seem to matter which phlebotomist I get they always get the vein without searching around. Slight wait because they’re busy but you take a number when you first arrive and then can sit for your number to be called. Very efficient

LEFT Roper Express on James Island after waiting 45-50 minutes with no one in waiting room when I arrived at 11:30am. Was not aware of this facility. Got there at 12:35 and left at 1:25. One person was checking you in and drawing blood. She, Ginny, was the best phlebotomist ever. Did 6 patients before me. 1 quick painless stick. She was super woman that day with no help when I was there. Very pleasant despite having to do two jobs. Roper had 4 people working the desk at Roper Express this same day and zero at this facility. Something is wrong with this management picture.

Wow! All I can say is IMPRESSIVE! Everyone here is incredibly kind. This was my first visit, as I am establishing care with Dr. Metzler. From the front desk lady, to the nurse, to the doctor, EVERYONE was so kind and helpful. I think this maybe the most friendly doctors office I have EVER been in. What a wonderful first impression! I am excited to call this office "my doctor's office"! And a bonus- no masks required anymore! I can see smiles!!
