I was visiting and couldn't get rid of a sinus infection. Wait time was short and staff was wonderful!!!! Fixed me up quick and sent me on my way. Suggested using pharmacy next door as quicker than CVS. He was a delight and had me ready to go in 10 minutes. Wish I could move this office to Rhode Island and if I lived local would use them for regular and urgent care! Thanks so much 😊😊😊
I would Give 10 stars if I could. Dr. Breen and her staff (at the Folly road location)Tay, Shannon, Nicole, and Christian were absolutely fabulous. I love the walk in model, the extended hours and open on holidays. I feel more seen in 2 visits here than I had in five years at my other doctor’s office. Everyone takes the time to listen and answer my questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I went in for a routine physical and follow up and was in and out less than an hour for the whole visit. I spent very little of that time waiting.
I almost hesitate to post because I feel like I found a well kept secret that I want to keep it to myself, but I won’t.
I had an amazing experience at this urgent care from start to finish. From the moment I called, Bre was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful—she made me feel at ease right away and answered all my questions with such care.
When I arrived, Tory and Tay continued that same level of professionalism and compassion. The entire team was welcoming, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I never felt rushed, and they took the time to listen and provide thorough care.
