Dr. Reuther and the nurses who participated in my pre surgery prep, my surgery and my post surgery care were extremely focused on me and my comfort. They did the best job ever in their respective roles in my surgical procedure. I would highly recommend this practice for their clinical excellence and their customer service.
This office is extremely efficient and professional with their care. I read reviews that mentioned their seemingly lack of empathy with patients, my experience was totally opposite. From initial office visits to surgery days, this group was available to answer questions, provide guidance and assist with any navigational needs. I had surgery on both eyes. Nurses were efficient and caring, explaining everything that needed to be done and what to expect. I was visited by the anesthesiologist, very upbeat and pleasant.
