The day I had my injection started off very bad. There were several car accidents and an over turned dump truck. Traffic was backed up 3 hrs throughout the tri county area...everywhere. After being on one main intersection for more than an hour, I was not going to make my appointment on time. I called and was told to come on in. Whenever you get here, we'll work you in. You and many others including employees are in the same predicament! Got there an hour 15 minutes late. 9 ppl ahead of me in line. I had cataract removal with lens replacements in both eyes. Dr. Scarlett is amazing and staff at the surgery center is very caring and efficient. Great experience! Excited to see my vision restored after healing.

I had an excellent experience with everyone in the office & the surgery center. The office staff were very friendly & informative. They all had smiles & answered all questions asked. They really put me at ease. I interacted with Parker, Erin & the whole staff whose all names I can't remember in the office. I also had to call in for info & I spoke to Zhara who was very helpful in directing my request for a bill to present to my insurance company to get reimburse. The next day Kimberly Camus contacted me to say it was ready & she faxed it to my home. This whole office was so professional, respectful, helpful & genuine throughout this whole process.
