I wish there was an option for ZERO stars. I am/was a new customer. They transferred an existing system that was in the house I bought (on a Monday). The tech changed the network name on his iPad and said it didn't work so he set everything up on the old name. The next morning (Tuesday), everything was offline because the network name changed. Owners have no access to the system to change it themselves (like eero). I called to get it changed and they said a tech had to come out, but they couldn't come until that Friday afternoon. Seriously unsafe employee. Just witnessed a van from this company nearly run several other vehicles of the road after becoming impatient with the clogged road on 95. Like where do you want people to go? They should just part traffic for you? Laying on your horn for nearly a full minute isn't going to make traffic disappear. Thankful this horrifying specimen didn't cause an accident.
