Marc is a total pro. Really appreciated how thorough he was and how well he explained all the issues he found. He is definitely worth the money. Not the cheapest in town, but certainly worth it. You want an honest broker when you are getting your home inspected, not someone who is going to try to sell you on repairs you don’t need. He walked on the roof (which many inspectors avoid), crawled into the crawlspace (again, many avoid), and spent extra time on the detached garage.
