Unprofessional!! I had an appointment and the drawbridge was up and I called to say I’m on the way and will be a few minutes late, and they said there’s a 10 min grace period but no problem if you’re on your way. I walked in 7 minutes late, waited for clerk for a few minutes…. Who told me I was too late and have to reschedule. Not the way I want to start a relationship with a doctor. I had rescheduled my morning around this appointment. There are a lot of other eye doctors.

I’ve been coming here for 3 years now. It’s been a great experience EVERY year! Before I moved to James island, I hated going to the eye doctor. The staff here are all very helpful, easygoing, and genuinely nice people. I never have to wait long, and I’m in and out in a decent amount of time! I refer everyone I know to this place! Thank you to you all for making this place a great experience!

The entire staff at this location was absolutely amazing! Everything was super efficient, clean, and welcoming. They made sure I got the best use of my insurance plan, informed me about a mail-in rebate for the contacts I purchased, helped me pick out the perfect frames (without being pushy, which is what I usually encounter at other places). The Doctor at this location was super informative and went out of her way to answer some super specific questions I had and even got me set up with two referrals! They even had Diet Coke stocked in the waiting room fridge, which was a life saver for us DC drinkers, iykyk! Excellent across the board! Thank you!! A++

They've tried to get me to book my annual exam for the past year. When I try to use the app to do so, NOTHING but frustrating! Where's my regular doctor? There's no way to message you or the corporate office. What a colossal waste of time and source of irritation as the customer. Called the phone number and told to use the website w book. Insanity! I texted stop to their constant tests. Can’t stand companies that make it difficult for their customers.

Very annoying that you close for an hour at lunch and your website doesn’t reflect this. I tried to pick up my new lenses on my lunch break and you were closed for lunch. When I got off you will be closed. Your hours are horrible for working people and it’s even worse you close during lunch and don’t communicate this!

This location is excellent. I have had to go in and have my glasses adjusted or screws replaced twice now in last few months and they immediately make you feel welcome and gladly assisted me in my needs. I will definitely return for my upcoming eye appt and purchase more glasses as recommended. Thank you!
