My first experience with Palmetto Suns was kind of disappointing but after I reached out the them via email, they made it right and the car looked beautiful. I appreciate a business that will do what it takes to make up for bad experience. The car looked beautiful as did the other cars that they were working on.

Man, Dylan did an awesome job with my back seat! Someone threw up real bad in my car one night. Every detailing service I called refused to clean that up, but Dylan and the guys at Palmetto Suns were willing to do the job and take the risk. And now my back seat looks like nothing happened. They were respectable, professional, and consistent in providing me with updates. I appreciate them so much. I would definitely recommend them. This will probably happen again, unfortunately. But I know where I'm going when it does! Thanks guys!

Unfortunately left the window down and it rained! Got my car into the shop quickly and they provided excellent communication on the progress of my car over the few days they had it! Very professional and courteous.
