Bernie and his crew installed a new multi stage air handler and heat pump for us. Everyone we interacted with (Bernie/owner, office staff, install crew) were all very professional and knowledgeable. Before hiring Myatt Air Conditioning, we got several quotes and Myatt a/c offered us the best price. Bernie didn’t try to sell us extra things we didn’t need like many of the other quotes included. In fact, he noticed our return was too small for our current setup and he added an extra return and boxed it out (without adding extra to the quote) to ensure that our new unit would perform optimally. My AC broke while I was out of town and Myatt came by the day I found out for an emergency visit. They helped my family who was at the house fix everything up in a pinch and were so kind and efficient! Glad they were able to come by for a quick fix during a summer heat wave in Charleston :)

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! My AC quit working and it was almost 90° in my apartment. I thought my husband and I were going to have to get a hotel for the night. I called/emailed at 3PM and Bernie was here at 4PM and fixed my air conditioning in 10 minutes!! Everyone I spoke to was extremely professional and so nice. I cannot recommend them enough and will absolutely use them again if I have any issues!
